Because of this my clinical work has deepened and ‘being’ in stillness with clients proves to be transformational. My clinical experience informs me that by reducing stress levels and relaxing and having some quiet time on a regular basis, with therapies such as Craniosacral Therapy, Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Bowen Therapy and Reiki that you can find yourself in a healthier and improved state of well-being. Cancellation policy: 24 hours notice is required or you may be charged for your session. I want to thank the numerous CST practitioners and their clients for supporting this project and for the Craniosacral Therapy Association and their ongoing commitment to research.

Without their support this research would have not been possible. I’m delighted to share my research which was published in the Europan Journal of Integrative Medicine. Perspectives on the effects and mechanisms of craniosacral therapy: A qualitative study of users’ views reports on the findings of the study carried out in 2012. 29 participants took part in this study. Craniosacral therapy appears to help people with a wide range of illnesses and disabilities get better and help others to access higher levels of well-being.

I have identified that aspects of health change in body, mind and spirit, and participants reported three ways in which their health status changed, including the relieving, reducing and resolving of symptoms. As a result of this study we now have a greater understanding about what people experience when having craniosacral therapy and how it may help them. I won a prestigious award from the University of Warwick for a postgraduate research scholarship and undertook my PhD at Warwick Medical School between October 2013 Р2017. I have desiged and validated a therapy specific questionnaire for craniosacral therapy to assess changes in health and wellbeing of people who have CST. Having a questionnaire for this purpose will enable more robust studies of effectiveness of CST to be undertaken in the future.
